If some rumours and Tech Corner claims are to be believed then above photo shows the upcoming Intel Netbook. Intel Netbook runs on Windows XP Professional. This is Intel's small and low-c device is said to be an education-centric answer to products like the Asus Eee PC and OLPC.
Judging by the photos and Tech Corner's report, the Netbook is about 10-inches in size with a 9-inch screen, under 3 pounds, has 512 MB RAM, 40 GB HDD and standard internet connectivity.
The Intel Netbook priced at around $400 uses a 900 MHz Celeron processor. However earlier reports predicted the Netbook to be priced between the $250-$300 price range.
Talking about it's design, there is a handle attached to the back of the device, which looks a bit stupid. But if it's for educational purposes, I guess it won't bother anyone. At this estimated price this looks a pretty decent offering. But it is
still to be seen if this really is Intel's much talked about Netbook.
