There is no doubt that Korea has raced far ahead of us in the mobile phone world. And LG’s KC1 is the latest from Korea. LG Korea has launched the KC1 Smartphone which supports WiBro (Korean name for mobile Wi-Max) connectivity which is 4G. The phone offers fast speed that let you watch streaming videos and stuff that could only be done over WiFi earlier. The fast speeds allow the phone to do stuff like remote PC control, streaming videos, video calls and other ridiculously high-bandwidth apps that you could only do over Wi-Fi before. The KC1 runs on the Windows Mobile 5.0.
Though it’s not yet available in the US, the phone is priced at around $750 in the Korean market.
